Block H Points: Attend and take notes at the Site Council meeting on
Thursday, September 21, 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the library. Turn in your notes
to Mr. Doroquez at the end of the meeting. Noontime Clubs

Noontime Club, find a faculty member (or parent) to sponsor the club,
write up an announcement for HawkTalk, and bring it to Ms. Devoto for
approval. If 10 or more people show up, the club is a "go." (Please note:

H Points: 7th and 8th graders: To receive Block H points for
independent volunteer hours worked this summer or during the 3rd trimester
of the 2005-06 school year, a letter from the supervising adult describing
the work done and the total number of hours worked must be submitted by
MONDAY, OCTOBER 2 to a Student Activities Director or the office. Any
requests received after that will not be awarded points. When the 1st
trimester ends, only outside volunteer work completed between the dates of
August 24 and November 21 will be accepted. Contact Ms. Eisner in room D-9

soccer equipment donations to help start a soccer league in San Miguel
